What we actually do.

Shoppers have started asking an agent what to buy. The agent answers with a shortlist of a handful of products, and it builds that shortlist from what it can read: your product feeds, your structured data, your live pages and the sources it trusts to tell it who is good.

A person will put up with a vague product page and click around until they find what they need. An agent won't. It checks each product against the shopper's budget, use and constraints, and drops anything with a missing answer. There is no second page of results to be found on later. Most stores were built for search results, which is why so many of them never make the set.

So we start by testing your store the way the agents do: through your feeds, your markup, your live pages and the open web, and by asking five agents for the best product in your categories. Then we fix what makes your products unreadable. That means product and offer schema on every template, feeds the agents accept, an llms.txt, price, delivery and returns stated where a machine can find them, and a cart and checkout an agent can complete.

Most of our work is making true things easy to read.

Being readable gets you considered. Being recommended takes more, because agents quote what others say about you more readily than what you say about yourself. We find the buying guides, review sites and forums they lean on in your categories and earn your place in them, openly and as the brand. And because no agent gives you a dashboard, we build one: the same questions asked every week, with your competitors measured alongside you, so you can watch your share of recommendation move.

We do all of this alongside your developers or agency, not around them. Changes arrive as pull requests or theme changes on the platform you already use, nothing ships without their review, and we leave documentation your team can maintain. It is for ecommerce brands in the UK and the US, on hosted platforms or headless builds, that would rather know where they stand with the agents than guess.

  • A readiness score for each template and category
  • A ranked gap list with effort and impact
  • Prompt transcripts and screenshots from each agent
  • A ninety-minute walkthrough with your team
