We tell clients that an agent skips anything it has to ask for. So here are ours. Every engagement starts from one of these three.

  • Audit

    Standard price: US$950 one-time

    Case study price: US$760 one-time Save 20%

Everything that stops an agent choosing you, scored and ranked.

    Covers
One storefront, up to six page templates, up to three product categories
    Takes
Two weeks from the day we get access

    You get

    • Seventeen readiness checks on every template, scored out of 100. The same checks as the free check, plus your feeds and checkout
    • Five agents asked ten buying questions in each category, up to 150 answers, with transcripts and screenshots
    • Two named competitors scored alongside you in each category
    • A ranked gap list: each gap with its cause, an effort estimate and the points it costs you
    • A written fix plan your own developers could follow
    • A ninety-minute walkthrough with your team, recorded

    Not included

Making the changes. That is Fix, and the audit fee comes off its price.

    Start with an audit
  • Fix

Standard price: From US$2,900 per project

Case study price: from US$2,320 per project Save 20%

We close the gaps in your codebase, alongside your developers.

    Covers
One storefront on a hosted platform, up to six templates, one product feed
    Takes
Four to eight weeks, at a fixed price agreed in writing before we start

    You get

    • Product, Offer, Review, shipping and returns schema on every template, validated
    • Feeds for ChatGPT over ACP and for Google over UCP and Merchant Center, validated, then monitored for ninety days
    • llms.txt, and product and policy pages an agent can read without running scripts
    • A cart and checkout an agent can complete: bot rules reviewed, dead ends removed
    • Every change as a pull request or theme change your developers review. Nothing ships without their sign-off
    • Before and after readiness scores, and documentation your team can maintain
    • Audit fee credited in full

    What moves the price

Headless builds with a custom checkout, more than one storefront, currency or feed, and product data we have to source, such as missing GTINs. You see the number before you say yes.

    Not included

Writing new product content, and changes after handover. Track catches drift once we are done.

    Scope a fix
  • Cite and Track

Standard price: From US$750 per month

Case study price: from US$600 per month Save 20%

Earn the citations, then measure the share of recommendation they win.

    Covers
One product category, all five agents, you plus two named competitors
    Takes
Three months minimum, then monthly. First results in six to ten weeks

    Every month you get

    • The same forty buying questions per category, asked to all five agents every week: 200 answers a week, kept
    • Your share of recommendation, and your two competitors’, updated weekly in a dashboard you keep
    • A source map of the guides, review sites and threads each agent quotes, refreshed monthly
    • Outreach to those sources, openly and as the brand, with a placements report: what we pitched, what landed
    • Two content briefs or drafts for product, category or guide pages
    • A forty-five-minute scorecard call, and a written plan each quarter

    What moves the price

Each extra category is US$250 a month. Up to five competitors per category at no extra cost.

    Not included

Paid placements, ad spend, and paid or incentivised reviews. We never buy a mention.

    Talk about a retainer

Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. Want the case study price? Mention “case study pricing” when you get in touch. Not sure where to start? Run the free check and we will tell you.

  • A fixed price, in writing, before we start. No hourly billing and nothing extra on the invoice.
  • One brand per category. We do not work for two direct competitors at the same time.
  • Your developers review every change. Nothing ships to your store without their sign-off.
  • No lock-in. Audit and Fix are one-off. Cite and Track is monthly after the first three months.

How case study pricing works.

Let us write up the work we do for you and every engagement is 20% off. The work and the team are the same. Here is what you are agreeing to.

  1. You agree up front, in writing.

Before work starts, we agree in writing that we can publish a case study about it: your brand name and logo, what we changed, and before-and-after results such as your readiness score and share of recommendation.

  2. You approve the draft.

You review and approve the case study before it is published. We never publish confidential figures such as revenue, margins or traffic without your written OK.

  3. 20% off that engagement.

The discount applies to the engagement it is agreed for: 20% off the Audit or Fix fee, and 20% off the first six months of a Cite and Track retainer.

  4. You can change your mind.

If you withdraw permission before the case study is published, we don’t publish it, and the standard price applies to that engagement.

We take a limited number of case study partners each quarter, so a place is not guaranteed. Case study pricing has to be agreed before work starts and can’t be added afterwards. Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. To ask for a place, mention “case study pricing” when you get in touch.

Before you ask.

Do we need the audit before anything else?

Usually, yes. The audit tells us what to fix and in what order, so the fix is scoped against evidence and not guesswork. If you already have a recent technical audit, send it and we will tell you whether it covers enough.

How do you price a large catalog?

By template and feed, not by product. A store with two hundred thousand products and six page templates is closer in effort to a small store than you would expect. Catalogs with many regional storefronts cost more because each one has its own prices, stock and policies.

Will you work with our developers or agency?

Yes, and we prefer it. We open pull requests or hand over theme changes for your team to review. Nothing ships to your store without their sign-off.

Is there a minimum term?

Cite and Track runs for a minimum of three months, because citations take six to ten weeks to show up in what the agents say. After that it is monthly.

What does the free check cover?

One product URL. You get a readiness score, the top three gaps and a screenshot of what ChatGPT says when asked for the best option in your category. The paid audit covers the whole store, every feed and all five agents.

Can we get a discount?

Yes, one. Every engagement is 20% off if you agree up front that we can publish a case study about the work. You review and approve the draft before it goes out, and we never publish confidential figures without your written OK. The discount covers the Audit or Fix fee, or the first six months of Cite and Track. Places are limited each quarter, so mention case study pricing when you get in touch.
